Item Groups |
Using Item Groups allows you to track quantities of materials being used, speeds up estimating and can allow tracking of chemicals for regulation. Most PHC visits encompass 3 parts and each Item Group should have an item to reflect these:

Custom Inputs | Create Line Item level custom inputs for DBH and Species to be entered for each Job. |
Weather Information |
Enable weather data in account settings to log weather data on Job/Visit completion. |
Update Work Order Document Template | Update your Work Order Document Template to include the EPA # and Actual Quantity Custom Inputs as columns. You can also populate weather data to the Work Order. |
Reporting
PHC Visits Report
Create a custom PHC Visits Report for thorough auditing and accurate analysis.

- Navigate to:Reports > Sales & Payments > Visits Report
- From the Stages dropdown, check: Active, Approved, Completed
- Drop open the Filter and select the PHC from the Operation dropdown
- Drop open Columns and display desired information.
- When finished, chick Save Report in the top right corner.
- Name this Report "PHC Visits Report" and click Save Report.
- This Report is now saved and can be found in: Reports > Saved Reports > PHC Visits Report

Completed Item Quantities Report
Create a custom PHC Line Items report to ensure accurate tracking of inventory, to manage stock levels and prevent shortages.

- Navigate to:Reports > Items > Line Items Report
- From the Visit Stage dropdown, check: Approved, Completed
- Drop open the Filter and select the PHC from the Operation dropdown
- Drop open Columns and display desired information (e.g. Completed Quantities)
- Utilize Summery Data For Business Insights to create a pivot table showing Completed Quantity.
- When finished, chick Save Report in the top right corner.
- Name this Report "Completed Item Quantities" and click Save Report.
- This Report is now saved and can be found in: Reports > Saved Reports > Completed Item Quantities

Forecasted Quantities Report
Create a custom PHC forecasted Line Item quantities report to optimize costs, improve cashflow and reduce waste.

- Navigate to:Reports > Items > Line Items Report
- From the Visit Stage dropdown, check: Scheduled, Unscheduled
- Utilize Summery Data For Business Insights to create a pivot table showing Estimated Quantity.
- When finished, chick Save Report in the top right corner.
- Name this Report "Forecasted Quantities Report" and click Save Report.
- This Report is now saved and can be found in: Reports > Saved Reports > Forecasted Quantities Report

Plant Health Care Best Practices Workflow
Before starting your PHC workflow, make sure you have Job Templates and Item Groups created in SingleOps.
Role: Estimator/Sales Rep

- Click the + Create button
- Select Proposal
- Select desired PHC template
- Create PHC Proposal
- When finished, Save & Close and send proposal via email to customer.

Role: Scheduler
Once the customer accepts PHC proposal, the Job is now Active. To schedule this Active Job,

- Navigate to the Route Planner
- Drop open the Filter and filter PHC Operations and any other filters to narrow search.
- Schedule Recurring Visits

Role: Crew

- Open the My Day page from mobile phone or tablet and follow My Day & Timesheets for Crews workflow.
- After the Job is complete, utilize Additional Information, Verify Quantities and track Weather Information on PHC Jobs.
