- Click Help located in the upper right corner of SingleOps
- Select Success Center
- Under Meet Your Team, you will see your Customer Success Contact
- Select Contact Me or copy their email address

- Select Support
- This will open the AnswerBot. You can use AnswerBot to search the Knowledge Base Help Center, Get in Touch or Leave a message.
Submit a Request
- Follow link here to Submit a Request
- Fill in all requested fields, being as detailed as possible.
- Select Submit, this will create a ticket with our support team.
- Email support@singleops.com
- Please provide as much detail as possible!
Tips to get help fast
- Be sure to let us know the name of your company displayed in the upper right hand corner of SingleOps.
- Include Job reference #, Invoice #, client name, user details etc. Even linking the example can be super helpful.
- Include screenshots or a screen recording whenever possible. Be sure to show the entire screen/browser.
