The SingleOps Idea Portal enables customers to engage with our team on our product roadmap and planning. The portal showcases future product ideas as well as projects already on our roadmap, while giving customers an opportunity to weigh in through votes and comments, as well as submitting their own product ideas to our team. The portal is moderated by our product management team.
The Idea Portal is available exclusively to SingleOps customers, and only accessible through our application.
How to Access the SingleOps Idea Portal
- Log in to SingleOps - https://app.singleops.com/users/sign_in
- Click “Submit Idea” in the menu. On a desktop computer, this will be in the top right corner. In our mobile app, it will be in the menu accessed by clicking the three bars or “hamburger” icon.
The Idea Portal does not require a separate login, but if you submit an idea or otherwise interact with content in the portal, you will need to confirm your email address. You should be prompted to enter your email, after which the Idea Portal will send an email to your inbox with a link you can click to confirm your email address. This ensures that Idea Portal conversation and content is limited to SingleOps customers.
