Crew My Day Workflow

- Go to the My Day Page

When beginning your day:

- Select Clock in at the top of the page.
- Confirm the Employees section lists all crew members working with you that day.
+ Add crew member by typing in their name.
- Remove crew member by clicking the X next to their name. - Description: This section is optional. This may be used to notify the office to explain why clock-in was late, someone is out sick, etc.
- Click Add Event

Review your day:
Before you drive to your first visit, make sure you have everything you need.

- Tasks: Check any tasks to see what equipment is being used today.
- Notes: Check notes for specific instructions and detailed descriptions or messages about a Job.
- Tags: Look at tags associated to each visit to better prepare for each stop.
- Work Order: Review work orders to see what material you need for the day.
Go to each stop throughout the day:

- You can select the Location link on the stop to open the address in the maps application on your device.
- Upon arrival to a visit, select Start Work
- Review the New Event pop-up and click Add Event
- (Do the work on site)

When work for individual visit is finished:

- Select Stop Work
- Select either Update or Update & Complete
- Update saves the time record on this job without marking it as complete. This is used if you need to come back the next day to continue the job or to document unpaid lunch break (see more in section below).

Update & Complete
- Add applicable tags
- Verify Quantities
- Populate weather
- Add additional information
- Upload photos
- Click Complete
- Repeat above steps for all visits for your day

At the end of the day:

- Click Clock Out
- Review the New Event pop-up and click Add Event
- Click Submit Timesheet (if tracking time in SingleOps)

Add Breaks & Lunch
Add an Unpaid Lunch Break
Take an unpaid lunch break mid-job:

- On the current Job, click Stop Work
- Select Update, this saves the time record on this job without marking it as complete. This stops time and pay and but still keeps the job open for work to continue after unpaid break.
- When lunch/break is over, click Start Work on same Job.
- Review the New Event pop-up and click Add Event
- Continue work and Complete Job as normal.

Take an unpaid lunch break between jobs:

- Click Stop Work
- Select Update & Complete
- Open the My Timesheet icon at the top of the screen.
- Select Add Event
- From the drop down, choose Unpaid Lunch (or other event type) and then click Add Event
- Go to break and when you return, open My Timesheet again and stop Unpaid Lunch (or other event type)
- On the My Day Page, click Start Work at your new site.

Add a Paid Lunch Break

- Open the My Timesheet icon at the top of the screen.
- Select Add Event
- From the drop down, choose Paid Lunch and then click Add Event
- Go to break and when you return, open My Timesheet again and stop Paid Lunch.
- On the My Day Page, click Start Work at your new site.

Adding Timesheet Events (Shop Time, PTO, etc.)

- Open the My Timesheet icon at the top of the screen.
- Select Add Event
- From the drop down, choose an event type (shop time, PTO, etc.) and then click Add Event
- When event is done and it's time to get back to the work, navigate back to the My Timesheet icon and stop event.
- On the My Day Page, click Start Work at your new site.
