If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
If the SingleOps app on your iPhone, iPad, stops responding, follow these steps to get help.
Step 1: Force quit the app, then open it again
- If needed, instructions on how to do this are here: Force the app to close.
Step 2: Restart your device
Step 3: Check for updates
Make sure that your device has the latest version of iOS or iPadOS,
Then check for app updates.
- iPhone, iPad, You can manually update apps. You may need a Wi-Fi connection to update some apps on your iPhone, iPad.
Step 4: Reinstall the app
- iPhone, iPad,:Open the Settings app. Tap General, then tap iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage). Tap the affected app, then tap Offload app. Tap Offload app again. Wait a moment for the app to offload, then tap Reinstall App.
Step 5: Contact SingleOps Support
