iOS App Troubleshooting (5 Steps)

Introduction

If the SingleOps app on your iPhone, iPad, unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won't open follow these steps to get help.

 

Step 1: Force quit the app, then open it again

 

Step 2: Restart your device

Restart your iPhoneiPad, Then open the app to see if it works as expected. Instructions on how to do this can be found in the links with in this step. 

 

Step 3: Check for updates

Make sure that your device has the latest version of iOS or iPadOS

Then check for app updates.

 

Step 4: Reinstall the app

  • On an iPhone or iPad. Open the Settings app. Tap General, then tap iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage). Tap the affected app, then tap Offload app. Tap Offload app again. Wait a moment for the app to offload, then tap Reinstall App. 

 

Step 5: Contact SingleOps Support

If you have completed these steps and are still having problems please send an email to Support@SingleOps.com. Be sure to include the type of device you are using, the model, and confirm that you have completed the steps above.
