iOS App Troubleshooting (5 Steps)

If the SingleOps app on your iPhone, iPad, unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won't open follow these steps to get help.

Step 1: Force quit the app, then open it again
If needed, instructions on how to do this are here: Force the app to close.

Step 2: Restart your device
Restart your iPhone or iPad, then open the app to see if it works as expected. Instructions on how to do this can be found in the links within this step. 

Step 3: Check for updates

  1. Make sure that your device has the latest version of iOS or iPadOS
  2. Then check for app updates.
    For iPhone or iPad, you can manually update apps. You may need a Wi-Fi connection to update some apps on your iPhone/iPad.

Step 4: Reinstall the app
On an iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap General
  3. Tap iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage).
  4. Tap the affected app
  5. Tap Offload app.
  6. Tap Offload app again.
  7. Wait a moment for the app to offload, then tap Reinstall App. 

Step 5: Contact SingleOps Support
