What is a License?

A License represents a ticket in SingleOps that allows you to assign access to a User. Each Admin or Operator User requires an standard license that is paid for (details defined in your contract), while Crew users require a limited license, which is always free with SingleOps.

 

Purchase a License

  1. To purchase a license, navigate to: mceclip0.png Setup > Users
  2. Once on the Users page, select +Purchase next to the appropriate license type

  3. Enter the number of licenses you would like to purchase.

  4. Select Purchase
    Note: By clicking purchase, you agree to be billed for the additional user(s) per your current subscription agreement, and acknowledge all additional users are subject to SingleOps's terms of use. This bill will be applied to the current payment method on file.

     

Now that you have purchased a license you can add your User. Follow this link for more information on adding Users. 

 

Removing Licenses

You can only remove licenses at the end of your contract term, through a SingleOps team member, as our billing system reflects current contract terms. You can deactivate Users at any time. Know that deactivating a User does not impact your subscription or reduce your bill.

 

Additional Notes:

  • You are required to have a minimum number of licenses with SingleOps, so you are unable to go below the base if it puts you below the minimum number of licenses.
