What is a License?
A License represents a ticket in SingleOps that allows you to assign access to a User. Each Admin or Operator User requires an standard license that is paid for (details defined in your contract), while Crew users require a limited license, which is always free with SingleOps.
Purchase a License
- To purchase a license, navigate to: Setup > Users
- Once on the Users page, select +Purchase next to the appropriate license type
- Enter the number of licenses you would like to purchase.
- Select Purchase

Removing Licenses
You can only remove licenses at the end of your contract term, through a SingleOps team member, as our billing system reflects current contract terms. You can deactivate Users at any time. Know that deactivating a User does not impact your subscription or reduce your bill.
Additional Notes:
- You are required to have a minimum number of licenses with SingleOps, so you are unable to go below the base if it puts you below the minimum number of licenses.
