The Line Item Report in SingleOps displays all individual Line Items on all Jobs within the selected date range & filters. It is best used for viewing specific details of Item usage & includes functionality for Summary Data for Business Insights. Depending on Job volume within an account, narrowing the date range search to one quarter is recommended due to the extensive amount of content generated by the report.
Items for On-Demand Jobs will not appear on the Line Item Report until they are assigned to a Visit.
Navigate to: Reports > Items > Line Item Report
Filters
Date Range | Choose between Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, Year To Date, or Custom Range. The Date Range filter pertains to the Invoice Date or the Converted to Active Date to display Line Item results. |
Item | Select one or more Items |
Visit Stages | Select one or multiple Stage(s) associated to an Item. This will display Visits within these stages. Approved is the most popular visit stage because this will update the margin and the completed actual quantity |
Operation | Operation (e.g. maintenance, design/build, tree service, etc.) If none are selected, all will be included in the Report. |
Assignee | Select one or multiple Assignee(s) associated to an Item. If None are selected, all will be included in the Report. |
Sales Rep | Select one or multiple Sales Rep(s) associated to an Item. If None are selected, all will be included in the Report. |
Tags | Select one or multiple Tag(s) to include Tags associated to an Item. If None are selected, all will be included in the Report. |
Client | Type in one or more existing Client name(s). If none are selected, all will be included in the Report. |
Line Item | Choose to show Jobs with Actual and/or Billable checked. |
Bill Type | Check and uncheck Bill Types to display Fixed, Per Visit, Fixed Combined Jobs. |
Columns | Add and remove columns. The columns in blue will display in the report. Click to add or remove. |
Save for All Users | This will save for all Users that have access to Reports in SingleOps. |
Save Report | Allows you to save and name as a new report with current filters, date range, columns, etc. This Saved Report can be found under your Saved Reports tab in SingleOps. Reports > Saved Reports |
Export CSV | To download and view the entire data set, click the Export CSV button at the top right of the page. This file can be opened using Excel or Google Sheets with all columns or as import. |

Search
The search matches any of the item, category and subcategory names as well as the abbreviated name of any units of measure you have set up (e.g. lbs, hrs, etc).
Columns
Click Columns and select one or multiple column types. To add and remove columns, the columns in blue will display in the report.
Rearrange Columns by clicking and holding the column header, move to the left or right and drop. Sort rows by clicking the up & down sort arrows icon, click once to sort from low to high, and again to sort from high to low.
