Multiple Assignees on Route Planner and Calendar

Multiple Assignee Calendar Overview

The SingleOps Crew and Sales Calendars are designed to show assigned Visits/Tasks on only the highest priority Assignee (as dictated by Color Priority setting or, if there are no Color Priority Settings, by alphabetical order). The Color Priority Numbers and Color Coding apply to Sales Reps and Assignees as a combined group.

Example:

Two Users will be included in this example - Cerie and Grace.

First, consider their assigned Colors and Priority Numbers on the User Page below.  Also consider the fact that one is a Sales Rep and the Other is not.  Color Priority combines Crew and Sales Reps into one "pool" and prioritizes based on the Color Priority Number.

However, all Assignees will see the Visit/Task on their own My Day Pages.

Multiple Assignee Route Planner Overview

The SingleOps Route Planner is designed to mirror the Calendar.  Therefore, the Route Planner will display assigned Visits/Tasks on only the highest priority Assignee's Route (as dictated by Color Priority setting or, if there are no Color Priority Settings, by alphabetical order). However, other Assignees on the Job will appear on the Route Planner, seemingly with nothing assigned.

Example:

Visit #50-7 with 2 Assignees:

Visit #50-7 on Route Planner: The Visit is shown on Cerie's Route because she has a lower Color Priority value. Grace's Route Line appears, even though the Visit does not display on her Route:
