SingleOps Academy is a collection of informative videos on many topics in the program. These lessons were designed as a stand-alone introduction to SingleOps for new users, or as a supplement to implementation for companies starting out with SingleOps.
Accessing SingleOps Academy
1. The videos in SingleOps Academy can be accessed via the green graduation cap icon found in the top-right area of any screen.
2. Once selected, a menu will appear with a few categories: Setting Up Your Account, Managing Job Workflow, Core Features Overview, and Beyond the Basics (may differ based on your role type).
If you have been assigned specific Videos by your Implementation Specialist, these will appear in the first section called Assigned Lessons.
Videos can also be accessed from the Help Center in the Getting Started and Video Tutorials section.
