Here are the steps when you have created a new user... but he/she has not yet received his/her new user invitation e-mail.
- Go to the Users page in your Admin section.
- Take a look within the user table to find the desired user.
- Verify that his/her e-mail is correct. If it is incorrect, click on their name to access the edit page and update the record with the correct e-mail address. Click Update to preserve your changes.
- If the e-mail address is correct (or if you've corrected the address in Step 3 above), click the 'Resend Invitation' button under the 'Invitation Accepted At' column.
