This week, we’re excited to introduce two new updates for SingleOps’ Tree Inventory, check out our video overview of the updates!
- Access Tree Inventory from Client page. Previously, you had to open a proposal for a client to access the tree map for that client. With today’s update, your team is now able to access the tree map from the Client page, simplifying the workflow to access tree inventory when customers call in to ask questions or you’re looking to quickly reference the inventory for a particular client.
- Renumber Trees on a client’s tree list. When you delete a tree from a client’s inventory, you will notice gaps in the numbering of the trees. When there is a gap in numbering (example below), a button will appear that will allow you to reset the numbering. When you reset the numbering, the numbers will adjust both in tree inventory and on the related documentation (e.g., proposals) where inventory appears.
Please let us know if you have any questions or feedback on our updates this week. We’re hoping to continue investing in updates to Tree Inventory and to other parts of the SingleOps experience as we progress into the summer. As always, thank you for your continued partnership!
