SingleOps brings all client communication into one centralized view (emails, proposals, texts, invoices, and more) so you can see the full history of interactions with each client in one place.
This makes it easy to stay organized, quickly reference past conversations, and provide more personalized, efficient service. Communication History can be found under the Client / Contacts column on the Invoices page and each Job page (Leads, Proposals, Active Jobs) or on the Client Details page.

Communication History
On the Invoices page, Leads page, Proposals page, or Active Jobs page, under each Clients' name in the Client/Contact column, you will find Communication History.
- Select Client / Contacts from the Columns dropdown to display column.
- Click Communication History will open up and display ALL SingleOps-logged communications with that Client.
Communication History Comments
View and Add Comments with Communication History fly out. Comments will only appear here, internally, and will not show on client facing documents.
Delete & Edit comments by clicking the 3 dots next to the comment.
Communication History on Client Details Page
- Navigate to
Clients > All Clients
- Click on Client's name
- Click Communication History in the top right corner.
- View all communication history with this client. Add & edit internal comments.
