Happy New Year! Today we are excited to announce two immediate improvements to SingleOps’ Invoices page and Jobs Report + notify you of upcoming improvements to how you manage your ProPay account & reporting!

Improvements available on Jan 9, 2025

1. 1. Prepay Columns on Jobs Report
      We’re adding two new Prepay columns to the Jobs report: Prepaid? and Prepay enabled
      The system will automatically return a green when the job has either a pre-payment completed or when prepay is enabled and an when either field is not. Columns are hidden by default but you can & should add them via the Column selector. For the full list and break down of each column on the Jobs Report, see the Jobs Report article. 
   2. Synced to QuickBooks Column on Invoices page
      We’re adding a new Synced to QB column on the Invoices page to keep users aware of the sync status of individual invoices. The system will return a green when the Invoice has synced to Quickbooks and an when the invoice has not. This column is hidden by default and will only show when your account is synced to QBO or QBD. Find more information on the Invoices page in the Invoices Page article.

Scheduled for Beta (and wider release throughout January)

1. 1. New SingleOps Payments in-app portal
      Historically, you have had to access a dedicated ProPay Portal outside of SingleOps to manage your account, manage account funding, access documents and chargebacks, and pull reports on payments processed via ProPay. This update will bring all of that functionality and control into SingleOps, accessible via the Setup tab (Setup > Payments > Payments Setup > Account Management). This new portal will allow you to manage all aspects of SingleOps Payments without leaving our platform. As we test and get feedback, we plan to ship to all customers throughout the month.
