Today we are excited to announce more improvements to the Invoices pages in SingleOps + a number of smaller fixes to how SingleOps helps you action your business data more efficiently and accurately.

Improvements on Invoices Page

1. 1. New Tiles with Totals: These new tiles allow you to see the totals of your unpaid and paid invoices. This grants you visibility into accounts receivable at a glance, informing how you review your invoices.
   2. Last Communication Column: This optional column surfaces the last touchpoint you have had with a particular client (not just communications specific to invoices). This is helpful when it comes to determining if it is too soon to reach out to the client again or if it’s time to reach back out.
   3. Aging Filter: A new filter to help you manage your collections process by quickly filtering your invoice list by current invoices or those 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, or 91+ days past due.

Other Improvements

1. 1. Update to Autopay Logic: We’ve updated the Autopay Filter to be removed on the paid invoice view.

Bug Improvements

1. 1. Client Portal Proposal Acceptance: We’ve addressed a bug that was preventing some clients from accepting proposals from the Client Portal. When clicking the "View" button in Client Portal it was redirecting the client to the pdf, not the proposal acceptance screen. This issue was resolved on December 2, 2024.
