Release Note | 11.21.2024

Today we are excited to announce more improvements to the Invoices pages in SingleOps + a number of smaller fixes to how SingleOps helps you action your business data more efficiently and accurately.

Improvements on Invoices Page

      1. Adding back the Column Selector: We have added the ability to select columns and customize the view of the information on the Invoices page. Simply select the “Column” button to add / remove columns from your view.
      2. Adding Unpaid / Paid Toggle: In response to user feedback to clearly see “Open” invoices, we’ve added a new toggle at the top of the page that allows you to view “Unpaid” (open) or “Paid” or “All” invoices. Partially paid invoices will appear as “Unpaid” (open).

For more information on both improvements see the Invoices Page Help Center article.

Other Improvements

      1. Page Redirects: There are two improvements we’ve made to how the platform redirects you after you take specific actions:
        • Clicking Add Item on mobile (to an item group) took the estimator back to the top of the list. Now, when an item is added on mobile to an item group, the page will not redirect and stay where the estimator is working on the page.
        • Clicking Cancel from Edit Client screen previously took you to the entire Client list page. Going forward it will take you back to the Client Details page (where you were prior to clicking “Edit” on that particular client.

Bug Improvements

      1. Clear Filters + Done Not appearing on mobile: When opening filters on the Jobs pages, "Save and Done" buttons on the mobile device were not accessible. We’ve addressed this bug as part of this release.
      2. Job Template vs Client and Operation usage: The operation listed on the Job Template level was being overridden by the last operation used by the customer. Product functionality has been fixed so that the operation on the job template trumps the last operation the customer used.

As always, if you have any feedback on these changes, please feel free to reach out. Have a great week!
