Today we are excited to announce more improvements to the Invoices pages in SingleOps + a number of smaller fixes to how SingleOps helps you action your business data more efficiently and accurately.

Improvements on Invoices Page

1. • Sales Rep Column & Filter: We’ve heard your feedback for the need for the Invoices page to have a Sales Rep column. We’re adding that column and allowing you to filter by that column on the page.
   • CSV export: We’re adding the ability to export the data that appears on the Invoices page.

Other Improvements

• • Sort Templates: We’re improving how templates appear for you when selecting Job Templates. Now the most recently used templates will appear first.
  • Tax Exempt Alert: We are adding an alert to appear when a Job is marked "Tax Exempt", so that you know to look at your Line Items and make sure that the Line Item Tax checkbox is unchecked.

Bug Improvements

• • Adjusted Margin on Printed Proposals: We fixed a bug that was causing proposals to print with a super wide margin at the top of the document.
  • Add Customer Experience: We’re improving the experience of adding a new client on the Jobs Creation page. Going forward, the UX will update after adding a client.
