Hello! Today, we are excited to announce improvements to the filtering experience on All Invoice page, the removal of the redundant Invoice pages (i.e., Open, Paid, Autopay, and Progress Billing), and a minor update to how client email addresses are validated in SingleOps.
- Background: Two weeks ago, we announced the “All Invoices” page (video overview from 9/26/24) that is designed to be your one-stop-shop for how you access your invoices and action them. This tab has allows you to access Open, Paid, Autopay, and Progress Billing Invoice columns PLUS new columns.
- Today’s Changes to Invoices: This week, we are consolidating the left navigation menu in SingleOps to a single “Invoices” page. We have improved the filtering experience on this page and set the default filter view to Open invoices. There are not any changes to Invoice reporting at this time, so you will be able to access reports as you normally would. You can watch a quick overview of these changes in this week’s training video.
- Final Update: We are improving how SingleOps verifies client emails in the Client details page. Previously, incorrectly entered emails (e.g., ryan @google.com) would be accepted. Going forward, the field will recognize the space or incorrectly typed email address and require the user to correct it before those details could be saved.
