Release Note | 8.29.2024

Hello! Today, we are writing to notify you of some exciting product updates to SingleOps. As we highlighted in our email on August 22nd, this week we are releasing the following improvements:

  1. Statuses on Leads page will help you immediately understand the critical details of a Lead, Proposal, or a Job that is Active, Completed, or Approved. They are automatically set by information you input into SingleOps, and designed to help you action leads more quickly. The statuses we’re introducing are “Estimate Unscheduled,” ”Estimate Scheduled,” “Unconfirmed Client,” “Stale,” and “On Hold.”
  2. Improved Filtering on Jobs pages. Your feedback was clear: filtering on Jobs pages was not a seamless experience. As of today, we’ve updated the user interface on Jobs pages (leads, proposals, active jobs, completed & approved jobs) to be more compact and easier to make selections. All the same filters remain, just in a new layout that will save you time every day while filtering your data.
  3. Payment confirmations in Client communication history. To help you manage your client relationships more effectively, we’re adding Payment Confirmations to the Client Communication History section of the Client page. That way, you can go to one place in SingleOps and see the history of your interactions and transactions with that client.

Our next product release, per our bi-weekly cadence, is scheduled for September 12th, 2024. Stay tuned!

  • Can we please please please get a unified filtering interface across SingleOps? I was so excited that there was a new interface (for desktop), coming, finally all of the options would be in the same place, but alas no, the route planner still has it's old interface, the calender has it's own (and differently laid out) interface, and now the various jobs pages have a completely different interface as well, and it's in a different location!!! Pick 1 (i don't even care which one), and implement it across everything and then iterate on it PLEASE

Also can you have it so clicking off of the new filtering pane anywhere else on the page behaves the same as clicking the done button
