Statuses on the Leads page help you immediately understand the critical details of a Lead. They are automatically set by information you input into SingleOps, and designed to help you action Leads quickly. You can also filter by Lead Status(es) on the Leads page!
Status | Image | Description |
Estimate Unscheduled |
Client has been confirmed, which means a SingleOps User in the account created the Lead, or if the Lead came in via Client Portal or API, the Lead has "been confirmed". *Note:

Estimate Scheduled |
Client has been confirmed (same as above). *Note:

Unconfirmed Client | A lead from a new client added from the Client Portal (or via API) that has not been confirmed by any SingleOps User in the account. A User must Edit Lead and confirm the Client to shift the status to Unscheduled. |

Stale |
Lead has not been converted to a Proposal within [x] days, where x is specified in the Account Settings. You will be reminded that this Lead has not been converted to a Proposal after this amount of days. To set how many days until the Lead becomes Stale,

On Hold | The Lead has been manually marked as "On Hold" by a SingleOps User on the account. |
