Lead Status

Statuses on the Leads page help you immediately understand the critical details of a Lead. They are automatically set by information you input into SingleOps, and designed to help you action Leads quickly.

Status Image Description
Estimate Unscheduled Client has been confirmed, which means a SingleOps User in the account created the Lead, or if the Lead came in via Client Portal or API, the Lead has "been confirmed".
This Lead does not have any Task associated with it, or it does have a Task associated but has not been scheduled (i.e. no start and stop times) with a location specified.
Estimate Scheduled

Client has been confirmed (same as above).
Lead has 1+ task associated with it and that task has been scheduled (ie, has start and stop times) as well as a location specified.

*Note:

  • If user adds another Task and schedules it will stay in the scheduled state.
  • Scheduling text will only reference the first scheduled task.
Unconfirmed Client A lead from a new client added from the Client Portal (or via API) that has not been confirmed by any SingleOps User in the account.
A User must Edit Lead and confirm the Client to shift the status to Unscheduled.
Stale

Lead has not been converted to a Proposal within [x] days, where x is specified in the Account Settings. You will be reminded that this Lead has not been converted to a Proposal after this amount of days.
*Note: The number of days is auto set to 30 days for any account that has not set it.

To set how many days until the Lead becomes Stale,

      1. Navigate to Setup > Account Settings > Jobs
      2. Find 'How many days until a lead is stale?'
      3. Enter preferred number of days.
      4. Click Update Settings when finished.
On Hold The Lead has been manually marked as "On Hold" by a SingleOps User on the account.
