Thursday, August 15th, we will be making some exciting changes to SingleOps! These changes will make SingleOps easier to navigate and improve how you access core Jobs pages, settings, and templates. You can watch a 5-min video overview of the changes, or view the visual of these changes.

Upcoming SingleOps product changes on August 15, 2024 summary:

Simplified access to Jobs pages. We’re simplifying the left navigation in SingleOps to make it easier to access tasks, proposals, Active Jobs, Completed Jobs, and Approved Jobs.
Old New -
Use Templates via the Global Create button. When you click the blue “Global Create” button on the top of the left navigation bar, you will be prompted to use a Proposal or Job Template. Using a template will be optional, but we encourage you to use templates to save you and your team valuable time.

Improved Settings organization. SingleOps has a lot of settings, so to help you find settings easier, we’re changing the name of the “Admin” tab to “Setup” and we’re organizing settings under that dropdown menu.

It’s important to note that we are not removing settings or removing functionality, we’re simply making SingleOps easier to navigate, which will save you hundreds of clicks per week trying to get where you want to go.
