Release Note | 7.16.2024

Today, we are writing to notify you of some exciting updates to SingleOps. As always, you can expect a bi-weekly update via Release Notes (in the SingleOps Help Center) going forward (next expected July 17th, 2024).

1. Jobs Pages Button Consolidation (Video Overview linked) - We have consolidated the action buttons on both the Leads, Proposals, Active Jobs, Rejected, Completed, and Approved jobs pages into drop down menus, removing clutter from the page on both desktop and mobile. We have removed “Generate Visits” and the “Jobs / Visits toggle” from the Leads and Proposals pages, as there are no visits needed for a lead or a proposal. Bulk actions such as email, text, reject, and combine will only appear when more than one proposal or job has been selected. We have also added a new “Create” button on each of the Leads, Proposals, and Active Jobs pages to make it easier to create a new lead, proposal or active job from that page.
2. New Global Create Button (Video Overview linked) - We’ve added a new “Create” button that will live at the top of the navigation bar to allow quick and easy access to core actions in SingleOps, creating: 1) new leads, 2) new proposals, 3) new active jobs, and 4) new clients.
3. Invoice Total Column Sorting on Open and Paid Invoice Reports (Video Overview Linked) - Previously, users could not sort by the most important data field in these pages: the invoice total column. This update will allow users to sort by invoice totals - saving time exporting data and manually sorting.
4. Allowing Multiple Prepayments - SingleOps will now automatically recognize when a prepayment is refunded and a new prepayment is needed - saving users the need to reach out to SingleOps support.
5. New Subtotal and Sales Tax Columns on Invoice Report - We have added two new columns to the Invoice report giving you quicker visibility into subtotals and sales tax amounts on each invoice.
