Set Up Jobs with Multiple Contacts

  1. Add Contacts to the Client account
  2. Select the Contact on the Job
    1. Create or edit a Job
    2. Under Additional Options, add a primary contact to the Job. Doing so will also add that contact to the Client's profile.

  3. Ensure email templates include :all_emails:
    1. Admin > Email Templates
    2. Click Edit next to the email template you would like to edit.
    3. In the 'To' field, paste the liquid alias :all_emails:
  4. Now, when you send a proposal or invoice email, the Client and any selected Contacts are included.
