General Ledger Settings
Account Receivable	Options will not populate until QuickBooks sync is complete. This is the QuickBooks Account used for accounts receivable, if none is specified the QuickBooks account named 'Accounts Receivable' will be used.
Refund Account	Options will not populate until QuickBooks sync is complete. This is the QuickBooks Account used for issuing refunds, if none is specified the first bank account is used.
Undeposited Funds	Options will not populate until QuickBooks sync is complete. This is the QuickBooks Account used for accepting payments, if none is specified the QB account named 'Undeposited Funds' is used.
Deposit Item	Select an item to be used when syncing deposits to QuickBooks. The income account on this item needs to be a liability GL Account.
Prepay Item	Select an item to be used when syncing prepayments to QuickBooks. The income account on this item needs to be a liability GL Account.

Sync Preferences
Invoice Lead Days	For fixed recurring invoices, how many days prior to the invoice date should they sync to QuickBooks? Enter number of days.
Auto-sync invoices and payments to QuickBooks	Toggle ON to automatically sync invoices and payments to QB when registering a payment.
Only sync clients during invoice sync	Toggle ON to only sync new client information to QuickBooks when an invoice is also being synced for that client. Selecting yes will keep your QuickBooks file much cleaner.
Sync invoices after prepaying a job	Toggle ON to sync invoices to QuickBooks immediately after a job has been prepaid.

Connect QuickBooks Online	If connected, there are 2 options: *Disconnect* & *Resync Data*
Manage QuickBooks Desktop	Selecting this will take you to the legacy QBD connection page.
