How to Reset your SingleOps User Password

(Reminder, every user on an account must have a unique email address.)

  1. On the SingleOps sign-in page click the link for Forgot your password?
  2. On the next screen, enter your SingeOps User’s email address and click the Send password reset instructions link. An email for resetting the password will go to the new email address.
  3. In this email, you will get further instructions on how to reset the password for this User.
    *Tip: Write down or note this new password.
  4. Go back to the SingleOps Sign-In page after the password has been successfully created and sign in as this User.
