  • It seems under Essential tier Reports Overview is included, on that page, Business Insights is included but then on the Business Insights page it say Premier tier only. So what exactly is included in the Essential tier and the Plus tier under the Reports Overview page?

  • Essential and Plus tier will give you access to the Reports section in SingleOps. Business Insights is an additional tool that allows you to build pivot tables right in SingleOps.
