It seems under Essential tier Reports Overview is included, on that page, Business Insights is included but then on the Business Insights page it say Premier tier only. So what exactly is included in the Essential tier and the Plus tier under the Reports Overview page?
Essential and Plus tier will give you access to the Reports section in SingleOps. Business Insights is an additional tool that allows you to build pivot tables right in SingleOps.
Aaron Smith - The Summary Data tables (Business Insights) are a huge game changer for taking the report data and manipulating it for display! In most instances that is. But for business operations and mgmt., it is definitely useful. (ex pic - our sales team had a new lighting vendor and demo setup but we wanted to go into it knowing how impactful the new vendors offerings could be, so we used it to pull data in an "easy to view" format and summarized for use). *I know the initial post here is old but if still contemplating, definitely worth it if your familiar at all with tables.
